I appreciate the unions work they are currently doing with the 18+ campaign. I'm doing the same job as an adult and in every other aspect at age 18 I can do all the adult things but I can't get paid a  

Being a member of the SDA is important because I'm not good at speaking up so I need assitance to help negotiate on my behalf.  

They are very informative and helpful. They keep you up to date with information which affects our work lives. They will support you with unfair dismissal or help you with any concern you have. Best o  

For us members the organisers are there to help us if we have problems to work through it with the management, then I know exactly what my rights are and that they are being protected
