For us members the organisers are there to help us if we have problems to work through it with the management, then I know exactly what my rights are and that they are being protected
Joining the union is the next best thing to having a guardian angel by your side and you can count on that!!
When people join together and be part of the union we are helping each other have support and rules for work, I dont want to be the one standing alone!
Supporting parents so they can look after their babies is the right thing to do.
Government funded paid parental leave was introduced as a universal program – to be available to all families in Australia. It must stay that way.
